1. Planning of your trip. We help our clients:

- To choose properties they would like to visit here to decide what they want to buy. Every client has his/her personal manager who sends photos, description, advise about diffent regions, peculiarities and prices of real estate there, etc.

- To find and to book an apartment or a hotel room to stay in during the trip

- To choose and to buy plane/train tickets

2. Visiting Spain

Our sales managers will work out a program of your trip taking into account all your wishes and will accompany you during all you trip i.e.:

-  Will meet you at the airport and take you to your accomodation

- Will show you all the properties you have chosen (the list of properties can be changed if needed)

- Will drive you to the airport at the end of the trip

3. Making a decision

The lawyers of our company will process the real estate transaction. They will help you

-  To apply and get NIE (tax identification number - Número de Identidad de Extranjero), to open a bank account, to apply for a mortgage loan, to translate all the necessary documents

- To check that the property has no encumbrances and to draw up a sale and purchase contract under which you leave a deposit

- To sign the purchase deed at the notary, to pay taxes and to register the property.
